FACTORY SOURCING

Our core factories in India have been evaluated for their technical expertise and have passed our strict performance guidelines.

They are all Government Approved Export Companies and have also been audited from an Ethical and Social compliance point of view.

We continually review the operations and management of our factories to ensure that they maintain the expected levels of performance at all times.

FABRIC SOURCING

We have developed extensive contacts with fabric mills and we can help Buyers in sourcing all types of fabrics – from simple Jerseys through to embellished Wovens.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Product Development teams are in place in our offices to support the Buyers.

We are also available to accompany Buyers on factory visits to assist them in the development of their designs.

PRICE NEGOTIATION

We understand the expectation of Buyers and also the pricing levels that can be obtained from our network of factories.

Our role is therefore to assist Buyers in their negotiations with the factories in order to help them achieve the optimum price points.

MERCHANDISING

Our dedicated Merchandising teams are assigned to individual customers in order to ensure that personalised attention is provided at all times.

They are responsible for controlling and managing the critical paths of all production in order to achieve on-time delivery.

PRODUCTION CONTROL & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Tamarin Clothing has a well-structured and professional production and quality control system in place.

Prior to production, we carry out a full quality and risk assessment of all orders. During production, our experienced team of Quality Controllers and Checkers follow well-defined quality assurance procedures to ensure that the finished production is to the approved standard.

All our quality evaluations are carried out in accordance with either the Buyers’ requirements or with our own proven systems and procedures in order to achieve the required quality standards.

LOGISTICS SUPPORT

We have our logistics department in place in India and have excellent working relationships with some of the largest freight forwarders in India.

We can help Buyers decide on the most competitive and efficient mode of transport for their orders.
